Shipping is calculated based on weight at checkout. Fee starts at $10 for an order of 1-2 jars.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Once dispatched:

Metro delivery is within 3-5 business days.
Regional delivery is within 7-10 business days.
Remote delivery is within 14-20 business days.

Please allow some delays due to postal congestion during busy periods out of our control.

No, we currently do not offer a Click & Collect option.

If the courier attempts to deliver your package without success it will be left at a nearby Post Office for you to collect, or await you to book a redelivery.
Generally, you will have 10 days to collect otherwise it is returned.

We have unable to guarantee anything for packages that fail to be collected by the recipient.
However, we supply each order with a Tracking Number to help avoid this scenario.

Any disputes about the attempted delivery should be raised with courier.
We appreciate your understanding as we are a small business.

If you have supplied the wrong address, contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed as we may still be able to update it.

Please double-check you have given us the correct address as we are unable to provide a solution once the parcel is with the courier.

We double-check that the lids are on tight ‘n’ right before hand-wrapping each jar in eco-friendly honeycomb paper.
These are then shipped in a recyclable cardboard box.

Our Crispy Chilli Oil is incredibly versatile, and can be used to top-off basically any type of cuisine. Our favourite combinations are:

• Australian: brunch foods, eggs, avo toast, salads
• Italian: pizza, pasta, soft cheeses

Yes, our recipe is 100% vegan and does not contain any animal products.

Yes, our recipe does not contain any ingredients that have wheat or gluten.

We are not Kosher-certified.

No, we do not use MSG.

At least 85% of our ingredients are from Australia, including Australian Canola Oil and Tasmanian Shallots.

Our current recipe is fairly mild with a little kick, so you can get all the full-bodied flavour and build the heat if you prefer.

We recommend keeping it in the fridge to maintain that heavenly crunch. However, the product itself is shelf-stable.

Our products have a shelf life of approximately one year.
Don’t cheat yourself of that fresh flavour though!
